Since its inception 21 years ago, the Florida Classic sponsored by Ford, AT&T, BB&T and Breakthru Beverage has netted nearly $8 million for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, helping to fund cutting-edge research and top-quality care for cystic fibrosis patients.

This exciting two-day event takes place November 18-19 and includes the chic BeachBash, 65 Roses Gala, a Golf Tournament and a Fishing Tournament. The Florida Classic is the largest fundraiser for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s South Florida office. This year’s Honorary Chairman is Nova Southeastern University Chancellor Ray Ferrero, Jr. The event chairs are Linda Cooke, CEO of Habco Manufacturing; Joe Hess, Principal at Car Dealer Depot; and Gregg Snowden, South Florida Ford.

BeachBash on Friday, November 18^th will take place at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort. The Golf Tournament will be held at the Fort Lauderdale Country Club on the 18^th, and the Fishing Tournament will be held on Saturday, November 19^th along with the 65 Roses Gala which will take place at the Westin Fort Lauderdale.
