Experience an inspiring evening filled with hope for kids on Friday, April 7 at 7 p.m. at the First Baptist Fort Lauderdale, Global  Events Center, 301 E. Broward Blvd., Fort Lauderdale. Enjoy stories and entertainment from country singer and New York Times Best Selling author of Walk to Beautiful, Jimmy Wayne. Jimmy’s story of facing foster care and homelessness, as well as the people who changed his life, will remind you of the power each person has to be a light in the life of a child.

Hear from community leaders about how you can become an advocate for our most vulnerable children. Join hundreds of neighbors and friends as we shine a light on our city and leave empowered to make our backyard a better place.

Doors open at 7:00pm for Light Bites followed by storytelling at 7:30pm.
