The Celebrate Israel Festival is expected to draw thousands of people May 3 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at C.B. Smith Park in Pembroke Pines. The Israeli-American Council’s festival will feature a free kid’s fun zone, an artists’ pavilion, a Kosher food court, and all-day main stage entertainment. Among the attractions will be a Mahane Yehuda Market and a model of the ancient Western Wall, the most sacredn spot in Judaism. The festival will also feature a mini Tel Aviv beach and an Israeli coffee shop. Tickets are $6 in advance for adults and children under 12; $6 for children and $10 for adults at the door.
