DESCRIPTION:Consumers can purchase qualifying back-to-school supplies exempt from tax during the 2023-2024 Back-to-School Sales Tax Holiday. Passed by the Florida Legislature and signed into law by Gov. Ron DeSantis\, the sales tax holiday lasts from July 24 -August 6. A second exemption period will begin January 1\, 2024 and extend through January 14. \nTogether\, they will save Florida families over $160.6 million by applying to items such as personal computers and accessories up to $1\,500\, clothing up to $100\, school supplies up to $50\, and learning aides and jigsaw puzzles up to $30. \nFor more information\, visit https://floridarevenue.com/backtoschool/Pages/default.aspx
