The free event welcomes veterans and one guest. \nFeeding South Florida is experiencing an unprecedented increase in providing nutritious food to over 1.2 million individuals in South Florida due to inflation\, the strained supply chain\, rising fuel prices and increased housing costs among other factors. Veterans dedicate their lives to serving the United States. However\, many veterans and active military members and their loved ones\, face food insecurity.  According to Feeding America\, one in nine working-age veterans are food insecure and 1.2 million low-income veterans use Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). \nCost: The event is free to veterans and one guest. \nTo RSVP\, please visit: www.Feedingsouthflorida.org/vets. \nSpace is limited.
