Established in 2008\, BiG Cardio offers something for everyone at all ages including a 5K run/walk\, 1-mile prayer walk (new)\, cardio class\, old school/club dancing\, cycle class\, kid’s fitness\, yoga\, obstacle course with team competitions (new)\, basketball tournament\, soccer tournament\, volleyball tournament\, pickleball tournament (new)\, games\, activities\, fun zone\, entertainment\, concessions and business booths\, too.
