DESCRIPTION:Historic Stranahan House Museum\, 335 SE 6th Ave\, Fort Lauderdale will be holding its Victorian Christmas Tours from December 16 – 18 and on December 23. \nStranahan House will be transformed to capture the grandeur and glamour of a traditional Victorian Christmas. Costumed tour guides in fabulous gowns and waist coats narrate the origins of many holiday traditions and demonstrate how pioneers celebrated Christmas as they take guests on a whimsical journey of Christmas past amid picture-perfect Victorian era décor. \nThe museum’s gift shop will also be open featuring unique locally created and commemorative items\, perfect for every person on a holiday gift list. \nTours are one hour and are scheduled from December 16 – 18 and December 23. There is a maximum of 10 visitors per tour. Tickets are $25 for non-members and $20 for museum members and can be purchased at www.stranahanhouse.org/events.
