DESCRIPTION:The Homeless Coalition of Palm Beach County and the Palm Beach County Community Services Department will be holding the Project Homeless Connect event at St Gregory Episcopal Church\, 100 NE Mizner Blvd\, Boca Raton on June 22 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. \nProject Homeless Connect will be a one-stop resource hub offering homeless individuals across the county access to emergency preparedness information\, personal care services\, food\, clothing\, and so much more\, all in one place on one day. This includes access to haircuts\, showers\, hot food and services like legal aid\, medical insurance navigation\, medical check-ups\, resources for homeless youth\, seniors\, mothers\, pet care and emergency resources and information on where to go and what to do and what is available to them if a hurricane or dangerous heatwave hits this summer.  Project Homeless Connect is a community response to the growing and misunderstood crisis of homelessness.
