DESCRIPTION:The Jessica June Children’s Cancer Foundation will be taking part in the Heroes Unite Picnic at AD Barnes Park\, 3401 SW 72nd Ave\, Miami on March 8 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. \nThis is a family picnic for patients and their families being treated across all hospitals in Miami-Dade and Broward.  The goal is to bring together the childhood cancer community under one united banner to provide families with a special experience.  Space is limited to 50 families and registration is required. \nWhat to Expect \n\nFun Activities for All Ages: There will be pony rides\, a magic show\, craft stations\, storyteller time\, meditation\, and so much more! There’s something for kids\, teens\, and parents alike.\nDelicious Food & Refreshments: Enjoy tasty treats and meals\, all provided with love.\nLive Entertainment: Music\, games\, and special appearances by some favorite superheroes!\nCommunity Connections: Meet other families who understand the journey and create meaningful friendships.\n\nThis event is FREE for all children who have been diagnosed with cancer and their families.
