My favorite Christmas movie is “Elf” because I love Christmas as much Buddy the elf does. I hope that we as Christians are as excited about Jesus’s return as Buddy is when he hears Santa is coming: “Santa here? Schools and churches in the Fort Lauderdale area will be among 5,000 U.S. drop-off locations collecting shoebox gifts for children overseas during Operation Christmas Child’s National Collection Week, Nov. 18-25.
