DESCRIPTION:Arc Culinary\, 10250 NW 53rd St\, Sunrise will be holding its Beyond Bacon Chef Experience dinner on July 30 at 7 p.m. \nPork lovers will experience this favorite ingredient through a new lens with the “Beyond Bacon” four-course experience\, featuring: crispy pork belly with pickled vegetables and citrus-garlic oil; braised pork shoulder on a bed of soft polenta with herb jus; seared pork tenderloin with yautia puree\, wild mushrooms and red wine jus; and a dessert to finish the meal. \nTickets for the prix fixe dinners are $102 for the chef’s table or $92 for communal seating and include gratuity and alcoholic beverages. Chef’s Table seating provides guests with a front-row view of the talented Arc Culinary chefs at work and invites opportunities to engage through conversation and questions about the dishes and techniques used throughout the evening.
