Arc Broward, 10250 NW 53rd St, Sunrise will be holding The Chef’s Table event, Fire & Spice Asado: An Argentinian Fire-Grilled Feast on January 18 at 7 p.m.

The four-course menu features empanada de res, with ground beef seasoned with Latin spices, roasted red peppers, onions, smoked paprika and hard boiled eggs; Argentinian-style chorizo served with smoked chimichurri salsa criolla and crusty bread; grilled skirt steak served with ensalada rusa, beet and roasted corn salad and fermented chimichurri; and for dessert, dulce de leche jellyroll, kisses of meringue, and créme anglaise.
