Arc Broward, 10250 NW 53rd St, Sunrise will be holding The Chef’s Table event, Planted: The Vegetarian Experience on January 30 at 7 p.m.

Guests will embark on a culinary adventure of bold flavors, beginning with roasted butternut squash paired with roasted Campari tomatoes, pan-wilted garlic spinach, fresh basil, artisan ricotta cheese, toasted pistachios, and firm fried tofu with a green basil crema; mouthwatering ponzu wild mushroom crepe made with freshly-prepared buckwheat stuffed with gruyere cheese, sauteed mushrooms, spinach, rosemary, thyme, shallots, garlic confit and white wine finished with a ponzu glaze; tagliolini with king oyster mushrooms, featuring tagliolini pasta in a creamy coconut and saffron sauce served with seared steamed king oyster mushrooms and touched with pangrattato; and a carrot cake with cream cheese icing, candied pecans and carrot crisps.
