Arc Culinary, 10250 NW 53rd St, Sunrise will be holding its FRESH SoFlo Summer Flavors event on June 18 at 7 p.m.

The four-course menu features Florida blue crab with avocado, ruby red grapefruit, hearts of palm and key lime vinaigrette; pan-seared Florida snapper served with sweet corn puree, blistered cherry tomatoes and lemon-basil nage; grilled filet mignon paired with key-lime chimichurri, roasted summer peppers, shaved fennel and arugula salad; and a sweet treat to end the night.

Tickets for the “FRESH SoFlo Summer Flavors” chef experience dinner are $102 for the chef’s table or $92 for communal seating, including gratuity and alcoholic beverages.
