Elevated Pasta Night

Arc Culinary will be holding its Elevated Pasta Night at the Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen, 10250 NW 53rd St, Sunrise on September 6 at 7 p.m.
Proceeds from ticket sales support Arc Broward’s mission of providing opportunities for children and adults with disabilities and other life challenges to realize their full potential.
Pasta lovers will indulge in a four-course pasta extravaganza, beginning with savory gnocchi all ‘amatriciana featuring potato gnocchi served in a spicy pomodoro sauce with guanciale and finished with pecorino romano; mouthwatering penne ai funghi porcini featuring penne pasta with fresh porcini mushrooms in a black garlic and butter sauce; veal lasagna, a dish with rich and cheesy bechamel and pomodoro sauce layered with ground veal, fresh ricotta, and mozzarella cheese served with garlic bread; and a mouthwatering raspberry tiramisu with raspberry jam and a crunchy meringue.
Tickets are $99 for the chef’s table or $89 for communal seating and include gratuity and alcoholic beverages.
