The 22nd Annual Florida Classic Presented by Ford, BB&T and Breakthru Beverage to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is an exciting three-day destination event set for November 16-18, 2017 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Highlights of the Classic include a fun-filled day of golf and an exciting one-day offshore fishing competition, in addition to BeachBash and an Intimate Evening with Jon Secada.

The Evening with Jon Secada will feature a performance by the two-time GRAMMY award-winning artist, and have a sophisticated ambience, including luxurious lounge-style seating which will allow guests to be front-and-center for this very special show. BeachBash will have a cool vibe and a hot theme of “50 Shades” and promises to live up to its reputation as the “sexiest party of the year”. Both will take place at the beautiful Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale – with BeachBash held outdoors at the hotel’s incredible pool deck.

Golfers once again will tee off at Fort Lauderdale Country Club, 415 Country Club Circle, and “party on the green”, and the fishing tournament’s two social functions – the Welcome Party/Captains’ Meeting and Awards Reception – will be held at the home of Chad Moss and 15th Street Fisheries, respectively.

The Classic has grown to become the CF Foundation’s premier South Florida event. What began in Miami in 1996 as a oneday skins tournament has expanded into two days of top-notch sporting events and social functions that are attended by thousands of guests and sponsors from around South Florida and the country.

These generous donors – along with hundreds of dedicated volunteers – have helped the Classic net a total of nearly $8.8 million since its inception to support the CF Foundation’s mission.
