Urban Youth Impact is excited to announce its 14th Annual Charity Auction Dinner & Golf Classic with the theme of “Brilliant Hope, Brighter Path, Blazing Future.”
The annual fun- and friend-raising events will benefit the programs of Urban Youth Impact, a West Palm Beach-based nonprofit organization that provides educational, entrepreneurial and community-building support for disadvantaged area youth.
The Annual Charity Auction Dinner will be held at 5:30 p.m., Saturday, March 5, 2016, at the Cohen Pavilion at The Kravis Center, 701 Okeechobee Blvd., West Palm Beach, FL 33401, and the Golf Classic will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, March 7, 2016, at The Dye Preserve, 1808 Southeast Colony Way, Jupiter, FL 33478
The Charity Auction Dinner will feature remarks from UYI graduate documentary filmmaker Alcee Walker, who now resides in Los Angeles, and current UYI youth from its Reframe Program. The evening will offer an array of luxury and recreational silent and live auction items. Tickets are $175; table sponsorships are available for $1,500.
A special treat, The Golf Classic will be played on the private golf course of The Dye Preserve. Surrounded by thousands of acres of environmentally protected wood and grassland, The Dye Preserve is teeming with wildlife, and each of its 18 holes is engaging and almost totally free of housing. The 13th hole is an adaptation of the classic Redan Hole design at The North Berwick Golf Club in Scotland. Tickets to the Golf Classic are $600; $2,400 for a golf foursome.
