The Good Shepherd Christian Church, 1981 West Oakland Park Boulevard, Oakland Park is holding the 40 Days for Life Fort Lauderdale Kickoff on February 25 from 6:30 – 8 p.m.

A light supper will be provided followed by an overview of the campaign and a presentation on prayer and fasting by Rev. James McGarvey and will close with a detailed discussion of vigil coverage.

40 Days for Life is an internationally coordinated 40-day campaign that aims to end abortion locally through prayer and fasting, community outreach, and a peaceful all-day vigil in front of abortion businesses.
