The Pumpkin Patch is back this year at the First United Methodist Church, 9087 Glades Rd., Boca Raton daily from Oct. 12 to Oct. 31, from 10 am to 7 pm.

This is a large scale community event, and for the last 5 years at least 800 to 1,000 preschool children have come on campus to the pumpkin patch.

We will have face painting, free drawings on specified dates for prizes from local merchants, entertainment, truck loads of pumpkins, refreshments, and photo opportunities. Volunteers are appreciated and can qualify for community service hours.
