To show the community how to easily prepare healthy and delicious meals, Humana will be hosting a free cooking demonstration at its Tamarac Guidance Center. Following the demonstration, the first 50 attendees will receive a sample of the healthy dish along with a $5 voucher toward their purchase from the Tamarac Farmers Market. Vendors will have an array of fresh fruits, vegetables and meats available at the market outside of the Guidance Center.
