Church United and Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale, 2401 W Cypress Creek Rd, Fort Lauderdale, have teamed up for a special Church Unity event called Pain ≠ Suicide. Taking place on July 28 at 4 p.m., this event covers how certain events like the Fort Lauderdale Airport shooting, hurricanes, or the more recent tragedy at Stoneman Douglas, and how communities have gone through pain, and members of those communities have considered ending their own lives to avoid it. Listen to special guest speaker and suicide survivor, Kristen Anderson as she provides a message of hope and healing.
