ST. THOMAS UNIVERSITY FREE SPRING OUTDOOR CONCERT

St. Thomas University, 16401 NW 37th Avenue, Miami Gardens is hosting a FREE Spring Concert on April 10 from 6 – 10 p.m.

The concert will be headlined by renowned Christian pop artists EPIC the Band, who recently performed for His Holiness Pope Francis.

The band will be joined by Catholic singer/songwriter Dana Catherine. Theology teacher Nico Cabrera will serve as Master of Ceremonies for the evening event. Cabrera is nationally known as a prestigious worship leader, songwriter, mentor and educator.

Veronica (Vero) Macias, Father Matthew Gomez and the Servants of the Pierced Hearts of Jesus and Mary will deliver testimonies. Vero, co-founder of Mercy Through Mary, a young adult outreach of the Mary and Mercy Center located in Ave Maria, Florida, has many years of experience as a Catholic speaker, v-logger, and worship leader and has delivered testimony to more than 1,500 people at youth conferences throughout Florida. The Epic Night of Mercy will conclude with Eucharistic adoration presided by St. Thomas University Vice President for Mission and Ministry, Fr. Rafael Capó, who is a Pontifical Missionary of Mercy by appointment of Pope Francis.

Attendees are invited to bring their own chairs or blankets to enjoy festival style seating. Drive-in style simulcast will be available for attendees who wish to listen, watch, and tailgate from their vehicles during the five-hour event. Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.

Gates will open at 5pm. First come, first-served seating and parking. COVID-19 protocols will be observed and enforced.
