THE SALVATION ARMY OF BROWARD COUNTY’S 7TH ANNUAL COMMUNITY AMBASSADORS BREAKFAST

Local political, business, community and sports leaders will show-off their passion for fashion and philanthropy during The Salvation Army of Broward County’s seventh annual Community Ambassadors Breakfast “friend”raiser and runway show on November 8, from 7:30 – 9 a.m. at the nonprofit organization’s headquarters at 100 SW 9th Avenue in Fort Lauderdale.

This year’s “models” sporting fashionable finds from The Salvation Army of Broward Thrift Stores include City of Fort Lauderdale Commissioner Ben Sorensenhis wife Anna, and their two childrenArtist George Gadson, Traci Millersenior vice president of business development for Miller Construction and Valerie Vegliote, community volunteer and beauty consultant. The Florida Panthers will also be honored with this year’s Ginny Miller Community Ambassador Award for their immeasurable support of The Salvation Army’s disaster assistance and holiday programs.
