The Salvation Army of Broward County is holding its 3rd Annual Kettle Krush 5K on July 25 from 6 – 10 a.m. at Markham Park (16001 W. State Rd. 84 in Sunrise).

This annual “Christmas in July” summer fun run is a family event designed to raise money and awareness to “krush” poverty and homelessness in Broward County. The racecourse will be timed by AccuChipUSA, Inc. and awards will be given to runners within the “top 3” categories and age groups. A FREE race t-shirt will be given to all registrants.

Advance registration fees for the Kettle Krush 5K are $10 for kids ages 2 – 8 (100 m – Kid’s Fun Run), $20 per participant 18 and under and $25 for registrants 19 and over. A month prior to the event, prices will increase. Individuals and teams can sign-up at https://tinyurl.com/KettleKrush2020.
