The New Mount Olive Baptist Church’s Health and Wellness Ministry is holding a Virtual Mental Health Summit titled “Your Mind Matters During Covid-19” online on May 2 at 10 a.m.
Topics include Spiritual Element of Wellness, How to Effectively Homeschool, Self-Care, Grieving & Isolation, Anxiety & Depression, and Broward County School Perspective.
There will also be a special poetry wrap-up by Katrina Sapp aka “Poettis.”
