Xtreme Action Park to Host #ParklandStrong Blood Drive February 17

In the wake of the horrific tragedy that took place in Parkland and the need for blood – Xtreme Action Park and OneBlood, the local blood center in Florida,  will host a community wide blood drive tomorrowFebruary 17, 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. 

The Shark 104.3 and Hoffman’s Chocolates will be on site to encourage donors to participate and support the Parkland community and Broward County that has been affected. Every donor will receive one hour of Xtreme Action Park arcade video play, plus, Hoffman’s Chocolates Sweet Ride will be on site from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer FREE ice cream to everyone who donates blood during those hours.

DETAILS:            The OneBlood “Big Red Bus” will be on hand for your donations. OneBlood, the local blood center in Florida, responded immediately to the tragic shooting that occurred at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, by rushing additional blood to Broward Hospitals. However, there is still an urgent need for O-NEGATIVE blood.

                           People age 16 or older who weigh at least 110 pounds can donate blood.
