Youth Empowerment Summer Program

House of Protection, 7800 W. Oakland Park Blvd. Bldg. C Suite 206 Sunrise, will be holding its Youth Empowerment Summer Program starting from June 11 -September 3, from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

House of Protection’s YET Program, trains youth and young adults to achieve hopeful, joyful, peaceful and righteous living; while empowering them to take the lead in becoming agents of positive influence at home, school or play. Program leaders assist in developing insights and problem solving through principles of the Word of God (Holy Bible).
Classes are designed to build upon each other. For a participant to receive a Certificate of Completion, he/she must complete 10 of 12 classes, with the expectation that they will prioritize attending all classes. Each class is two hours and the final class will be a group community project. Participants must secure their own transportation to and from classes as well as to project location for final class.
The cost for each participant is $300 ($25 for each session), this includes instructional materials. Scholarships may become available on a first come first serve basis.
