History Fort Lauderdale, 231 SW Second Avenue, Fort Lauderdale will be present “A Stitch in Time,” a vibrant series of quilt shows in collaboration with local textile guilds on October 5 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. This free public exhibition series, collaborating with the Southern Star Quilt Guild, will celebrate the artistry and tradition of quilting, bringing colorful stories to life through fabric and craftsmanship.

Quilt lovers and curious visitors alike are invited to enjoy these one-day-only pop-up displays while coinciding with the City’s Riverwalk Jazz Brunch series. Quilts will be on display draped over the second-story balcony and showcased inside the New River Inn Museum, offering visitors a rich blend of craftsmanship and history.
