Heart 2 Heart Outreach will be holding its Age My Way Senior Adult Event at Riverside Church, 957 Rock Island Rd, North Lauderdale on August 24 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

This free event for seniors seeks to help them get fit. 

There will be a raffle and prizes. Light refreshments & snacks will be provided.
