NAMI Broward County is hosting its Second Annual “Artful Minds” event at MAD Arts, 481 South Federal Highway, Dania Beach on May 6 from 1 – 4 p.m.

Artful Minds will feature an exhibit showcasing the relationship between art and mental health through artwork in a variety of mediums, created by artists living with mental health challenges and mental wellness. The event will also include entertainment, lite bites, cocktails and performances by Emmy-nominated Impact Artist Alexander Star, and youth from The Omari Hardwick bluapple Poetry Network.
