The Big Children’s Foundation will be holding its Big Cardio 2023 at Central Broward Regional Park, US 441 and Sunrise Blvd, Lauderhill on May 6 from 6 a.m. – 12 p.m.

BiG Cardio is a 5K and multi-sport event. It’s a unique blend of all things 5K, fitness, sports*, cycle and fun! With more than 10 different fitness activities to choose from and dozens of other attractions, it has become one of South Florida’s favorite events. Established in 2008, BiG Cardio offers something for everyone at all ages including games and activities, concessions, entertainment, merchant booths, and more.
