Arc Culinary, 10250 NW 53rd St, Sunrise will be holding its Burger Bash event on June 6 at 7 p.m.

The four-course menu features a Korean BBQ Burger with bulgogi-glazed beef, kimchi slaw and gochujang aioli on a sesame milk bun with a side of sesame fries and pickled cucumbers; a flavorful umami burger with house ground short rib, mushroom duxelles, Gruyère cheese and truffle aioli on butter toasted brioche and truffle fries on the side; a steakhouse burger topped with caramelized onions, black garlic aiolo, blue cheese and arugula on an onion roll served with classic fries and a mini wedge salad; followed by a delicious dessert to close out the meal.

Tickets for the “Burger Bash” are $102 for the chef’s table or $92 for communal seating, including gratuity and alcoholic beverages.
