Arc Culinary, 10250 Northwest 53rd Street, Sunrise will be holding its Burger Bash on June 14 at 7 p.m.

The four-course menu features the alt burger, a veggie burger made with rice, black beans and garbanzo beans with truffled mayo, bibb lettuce, spicy Arc-made pickles, and heirloom tomatoes; an onion burger, made with a tasty blend of beef brisket and pork shoulder, caramelized red and sweet yellow onions, sweet plantains, gruyere cheese and black garlic aioli served on a Mallorca bun (Puerto Rican style bread); a sushi burger made with sushi grade salmon sashimi, sticky sushi rice, seaweed salad, spicy mayo and nori all breaded in panko and fried crispy, finished with an eel sauce glaze and fried wontons; and a decadent dessert.

Tickets for Burger Bash are $99 for the chef’s table or $89 for communal seating, including gratuity and alcoholic beverages.
