The South Beach Wine & Food Festival (SOBEWFF) will be holding a Celebrity Chef Dinner with Jernard Wells and Omar Martinez at the Icebox Cafe Hallandale, 219 NE 3rd St, Hallandale Beach on February 24 from 7 – 10 p.m.

Chefs and entrepreneurs Jernard Wells and Omar Martinez are teaming up for this flavor-packed dinner, part of the Hallandale Beach Event Series. Jernard Wells is an award-winning TV host, author of several cookbooks, who also appeared on “Food Network Star.” Omar Martinez is a skilled culinary professional with over 22 years of experience in the kitchen and is recognized for his impressive knowledge of international cuisine. For one night only, these two chefs will helm the kitchen at Icebox Café, the vibrant and contemporary hotspot in Hallandale that highlights modern American cuisine with a global twist.

All net proceeds from the Festival benefit the students of the Florida International University Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
