Arc Culinary, 10250 NW 53rd St, Sunrise will be holding its “Fall’s Harvest” chef’s dinner experience on November 21 at 7 p.m.

Celebrate the cozy flavors of autumn at the “Fall’s Harvest” chef experience dinner. The four-course menu will feature a curried butternut squash soup, highlighting the sweet and nutty flavor of in-season roasted butternut squash finished with coconut milk crème fraiche and curry; cauliflower steak and beet sauce, topped with crispy prosciutto and toasted pecans; a bone-in heritage pork chop served with the season’s best apples and guanciale, and a mouthwatering dessert to close out the evening.

Tickets for “Fall’s Harvest” experience dinners are $102 for the chef’s table or $92 for communal seating, including gratuity and alcoholic beverages.
