Chosen People Ministries will be holding its Finding Shalom in a Troubled World Conference at CrossBridge Church, 10101 Judge Winikoff Road, Boca Raton on June 9 from 7 – 9 p.m. and June 10 from 9 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.

There is an absence of peace around the globe, marked by violent wars, lawlessness, social and political conflict, divisive culture wars, family strife, and a myriad of other assaults upon the souls of individual men and women.

Is it even possible to find peace today? Shalom, the Hebrew word for peace, implies so much more than the usual understanding of the word. It describes a sense of well-being, relational harmony, emotional and spiritual prosperity, wholeness, and completeness.
