Arc Culinary, 10250 Northwest 53rd Street, Sunrise will be holding its Latin Street Food event on June 26 at 7 p.m.

The four-course menu will include tripleta with beef, chicken and pork marinated in an oregano mojo criollo, sauteed with sofrito and annatto seed oil, sliced cabbage, tomato and a delicate pink sauce all served in a pan sobao roll; carne asada taco featuring fresh corn tortillas, carne asada (filet mignon), red pickled onions, cilantro and salsa verde; Venezuelan gluten free arepa, stuffed with pulled pork, pickled red cabbage, avocado, black beans and cilantro aioli; and a mouthwatering dessert.

Tickets for the Latin Street Food experience dinner are $99 for the chef’s table or $89 for communal seating, including gratuity and alcoholic beverages.
