Passover Seder at Calvary Chapel

The International Christian Embassy Jerusalem (ICEJ) will be holding a Passover Seder at Calvary Chapel Ft. Lauderdale, 2401 W Cypress Creek Rd, Fort Lauderdale on April 14 at 6:30 p.m.
The shadow of Passover and the Jewish people’s exodus out of Egypt points to the reality of what Jesus did for all people when He died on the cross. That’s why Passover is not just for the Jewish people—celebrating it brings a deeper understanding of the exodus and its significance for Christians today. The Passover Seder meal includes beautiful liturgy and utilizes various foods and herbs to recount the miraculous story. (Seder in Hebrew means “order”).
The context of the Last Supper was a Passover Seder meal. Knowing the order and structure of this biblical celebration will also help us better understand why Jesus chose the elements of this meal to convey to His disciples the meaning behind His redemptive work on the cross.
Choose from a delicious chicken or lamb meal served alongside drinks, dessert and the seder elements.
