Arc Culinary, 10250 NW 53rd St, Sunrise will be holding its Puerto Rican Comfort Food event on May 15 at 7 p.m.
The four-course menu features piononos with sweet plantains, manchego cheese, and picadillo croquettes with a spicy roasted beet aioli; asopao de pescado y camarones, a fish and fresh Key West shrimp soup with rice, potatoes, onions, carrots, and a delicate white fish; carne guisada with Puerto Rican-style beef stew served with a sweet potato puree; and a decadent dessert.
Tickets are $99 for the chef’s table or $89 for communal seating, including gratuity and alcoholic beverages.
