Arc Culinary, 10250 NW 53rd St, Sunrise will be holding “The Far East” dinner experience on November 13 at 7 p.m.

Embark on a flavorful journey inspired by the vibrant cuisines of Asia at “The Far East” chef experience dinner. The four-course menu features ramen with a simmering miso broth with seaweed, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, scallions and sliced pork with a soy-marinated ramen egg; temaki, a refined twist on the classic hand roll with crisp nori sheets filled with warm sushi rice and premium sashimi grade fish, vibrant microgreens and pickled vegetables; wagyu and pommes, featuring buttery tender wagyu beef paired with pommes and a soy reduction; and a decadent dessert to complete the experience.

Tickets for “The Far East” experience dinner are $102 for the chef’s table or $92 for communal seating, including gratuity and alcoholic beverages.
