“Women Trailblazers: Champions of Change – Broward County”
History Fort Lauderdale will be holding its “Women Trailblazers: Champions of Change – Broward County” reception at Galleria Fort Lauderdale, 2414 E. Sunrise Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale on March 26 from 6 – 8 p.m.
This reception, hosted by radio personalities Julie Guy and Tamara Gant, honors the women who shaped Broward County’s past and the women who continue to influence its future and is part of celebrating Women’s History Month.
The Women’s History Month celebration will kick off a special photo exhibit highlighting these women alongside their groundbreaking historical female predecessors who helped to pave the way for the community. The exhibition celebrating their achievements will be on display through April 19.
