Butter, Bone, and Spice
Arc Culinary, 10250 NW 53rd St, Sunrise will be holding its Butter, Bone, and Spice event on May 2 at 7 p.m. This four-course culinary adventure starts with sweet chili glazed shrimp skewers with fresh pink Key West shrimp, sweet chili glaze and Thai basil; roasted carrot-ginger soup made with nutty brown butter and pumpkin seed gremolata; rosemary charred beef osso buco featuring slow-braised beef shank, roasted bone marrow and truffled polenta; ending with chocolate molten cake.
