Broward County Right to Life will be taking part in the Pass the Heartbeat Bill Rally at the U.S. Federal Building, 299 E. Broward Blvd., Fort Lauderdale on January 21 from 1 - 2 p.m. Pro-lifers will call on Florida lawmakers to pass the Heartbeat Bill, a pro-life measure that protects unborn children once their beating heart is detectable (usually at about four weeks after conception).
