Tomorrow's Rainbow will be holding its 10th Annual Hope Floats Giant Paper Boat Parade at Esplanade Park, 400 SW 2nd St, Fort Lauderdale on April 15 from 1 - 5 p.m. Hope Floats Benefiting Tomorrow's Rainbow is a memorial paper boat parade and advocacy event. All proceeds benefit children's grief and trauma programs at Tomorrow's Rainbow. Very Important Prisoners (VIP's) are "locked up" in miniature horse stalls awaiting friends and family to "bale" them out.
