The YMCA's L.A. Lee YMCA/Mizell Community Center, 1409 NW 6th St., Fort Lauderdale will be holding its Back to School Event on August 3 from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. The goal is to help children prepare for the school year. Lee YMCA/Mizell Community Center, 1409 Sistrunk Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale on January 23 from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 4 - 7 p.m. and January 24 from  9 a.m. - 12 p.m. It is open and free for all high school seniors in Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach and Monroe counties.
