BankUnited will be holding its Small Business, Big Dreams Conference at Renaissance Fort Lauderdale West, 1230 South Pine Island Road, Plantation on May 5 from 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
The annual gathering, which is open to the business community, is attended by leaders of business and industry, company owners and aspiring entrepreneurs across all sectors.
The half-day event includes informative talks, tips and networking opportunities, with practical insights and real-world strategies for business growth and success.
The conference will feature a keynote address by Justin Levy, CEO, iBusiness Funding, and talks by Kethe Ciccioni, co-founder, TitleCapture; Wesley Foster, president and CEO, Pacifica Engineering Services; Jorge Gomez, founder, senior vice president & qualifier, Wellington Construction Group; Althea Harris, deputy district director, U.S. Small Business Administration, South Florida District; and Maria Pierson, co-founder & CEO, Pierson Grant Public Relations. Topics will include:

- Managing rising costs and scaling successfully
- Strengthening marketing and digital presence
