Trash to Treasure Creative Reuse Center (T2T) is proud to announce the annual “Trash-2-Art” event, November 5 – December 5 at ArtsPark in Young Circle, Hollywood. The event is an innovative art competition and exhibit designed to spread the word about the importance of reducing consumption and reusing materials in celebration of Planet Earth. The Opening Celebration will be held on November 15th, from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. in conjunction with the Hollywood ArtWalk. Complimentary refreshments, including a wine bar, light faire and live music will be provided.

The “Trash-2-Art” competition is open to South Florida residents with judging based on the creative reuse of a variety of materials. Entries are welcome from children, K-12, and adult amateur and professional artists from throughout the community. Art intake will be Saturday, November 1st, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at ArtsPark at Young Circle.
