Feeding South Florida®, the leading hunger-relief organization in South Florida, will host its 13th Annual Outrun Hunger 5K at Charnow Park, 300 Connecticut Street, Hollywood on April 6 from 6:30 – 9 a.m.

Runners, walkers, families and community leaders of all ages will come together to take steps to raise funds and awareness to end hunger in South Florida at the picturesque Charnow Beachfront Park overlooking the ocean.

Currently in South Florida, there are over 1.2 million food insecure individuals, and 1 in 9 individuals in South Florida remain uncertain about where they will get their next meal.
