Arc Culinary, 10250 NW 53rd St, Sunrise will be holding its Between Our Tortillas event on July 7 at 7 p.m.

“Between Our Tortillas” invites guests to gather around the table and experience Mexican culinary tradition in fresh, inventive ways. The four-course experience features: Baja shrimp tacos with fresh pink shrimp, corn tortillas, green cabbage, avocado-lime crema and pico de gallo; short rib birria tacos showcasing prime beef short rib, guajillo chiles, ancho chiles and Oaxaca cheese in a corn tortilla; duck carnitas tacos with duck leg,  beet corn tortillas, pineapple-habanero salsa and pickled red onions; and a sweet dessert to finish the meal.

Tickets for the prix fixe dinners are $102 for the chef’s table or $92 for communal seating and include gratuity and alcoholic beverages. Chef’s Table seating provides guests with a front-row view of the talented Arc Culinary chefs at work and invites opportunities to engage through conversation and questions about the dishes and techniques used throughout the evening. Communal seating places guests at shared tables for a convivial, social dining experience.
