A Study in Short Rib
Arc Culinary, 10250 NW 53rd St, Sunrise will be holding its A Study in Short Rib on April 18 at 7 p.m. The four-course menu features a short rib croquette with crispy braised short rib, a micro-herb salad, citrus salt and lime-garlic aioli; a short rib agnolotti cooked with pho broth essence, crispy shallots, charred onions, scallions and lime oil; potato gnocchi with short rib estofado, red wine and tomato reduction, roasted garlic, parmesan and charred scallions; and caramel flan for dessert.
